Summary :

The kitchen dishwasher is responsible for supporting the cooks and clerks. He must keep the work area clean and safe. His work includes dishwashing most of the time and supporting the cooks and production clerks one-third of the time.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the functions of reception and storage of the goods according to the established standards
  • Ensure the safe and efficient use of equipment and various supplies
  • Wash and put away the dishes
  • Operates the dishwasher, checks the cleanliness of the dishes
  • Clean and maintain hygienic workspace, counters and shelves and cold rooms
  • Sweep and wash the floor
  • Comply with established food safety and sanitation standards
  • Is vigilant in order to minimize breakage and loss of goods
  • Other related tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • You have great communication skills and are attentive to production needs
  • Your personality is distinguished by your dynamism, your interpersonal skills and your resourcefulness
  • Be available according to business opening hours and according to varied schedules.
